Robert Fraser, President & CEO
Mr. Fraser has significant experience in managing corporate operations and a strong sales and marketing background. Mr. Fraser was the COO of Corinex Communications Corp., a research and development company specializing in PowerNet and other networking products with global services and sales. Mr. Fraser developed innovative models for marketing and distributing networking and other peripheral devices, involving manufacturing, sales channels and financing. Prior to joining Corinex, Mr. Fraser was President and CEO of AlphaStream Wireless Inc., a company marketing fixed wireless broadband products. Mr. Fraser also held a variety of positions during his fourteen year tenure at Dun & Bradstreet Canada, culminating as National Marketing Manager.

Isaac Moss, Chief Financial Officer
During the 1990s through 2002 Isaac Moss was associated with an investment banking advisory company in Geneva, where he provided corporate, strategic and investment banking advisory services to client companies in the energy, resource, telecommunications, chemicals and industrial minerals, entertainment, forest products and hospitality industries. From 1994 to 1997 Mr. Moss was President of a specialty chemical company headquartered in France.
Mr. Moss also serves as a director of Resource Finance and Investment; a Bermuda based mining exploration company and is chairman of the audit committee.

George Kahle, P. Eng., Director of Engineering
George Kahle is a mechanical engineer with more than 30 years of experience, in engineering, project management, and project development for power generation projects and other related industrial facilities in Canada, USA, Europe, Asia and Africa. Amongst other areas, his expertise covers project development, project finance, management and supervision on power generation and industrial projects and engineering activities from design phases through to project completion. Mr. Kahle has held a variety of senior appointments including Project Manager/Technical Director for Northland Power Inc., Director of Engineering for International Development Ltd. (a division of Chiyoda Corp. Japan), Director of Engineering for Power International Inc. (a subsidiary of CINERGY Corp. USA), Senior Design Engineer for Bechtel Engineering USA, Senior Design Engineer for Kilborn Engineering, Design Engineer for H.A. Simons and Senior Design Engineer for Sandwell Engineering Ltd. Since 2005 George Kahle has served as Technical Director and Project Manager to IG Power Inc. which company specializes in the development and construction of power generation projects in Canada, the USA and Europe.

Michael Wise P. Eng, M.B.A, VP Project Development
Mr. Wise is a senior engineer with over 15 years of project experience and a very broad understanding of project development, including technical feasibility, regulatory and related environmental issues. In terms of renewable energy projects, he has worked on the early-stage development of small hydro, transmission and wind projects. His experience includes work on the permitting and design teams for Plutonic Power's East Toba/Montrose Projects, as well as design and construction on several other run-of-river projects in BC. Mr. Wise was an integral part of project development of the first BC wind farm and the first merchant electrical transmission line connecting Canada with the US. This recent experience builds on his earlier expertise in project engineering for heavy civil construction of pipelines, fiber-optic lines, resource roads, and transmission lines.

James Ward, VP Investor Relations
James Ward has over 20 years experience within the sales and marketing departments of several national and international companies, such as Dun & Bradstreet, Gastown Productions, Key Colour Digital, Ikon Office Solutions, Quebecor World, echarge and Health Pricer Interactive. This has given James extensive experience in customer and investor relations, international business development, corporate presentations and communications, brand development, product launches, internet marketing, web development, sales management, digital and high end lithographic print production, video post-production and trade show exhibit production.

Bill Grossholz, Director
Mr. Grossholz is a Chartered Accountant with a strong financial management, administration, accounting and tax background. Mr. Grossholz also has experience in many facets of the networking, telecommunications and real estate development industries. He was a founder and the Chief Financial Officer of a Vancouver-based real estate development company, where he was responsible for running the financial operations with $250,000,000 in property under development. He also operated a successful Chartered Accountancy practice in Vancouver for fourteen years as well as two years as a Senior Business Auditor for Canada Customs and Revenue Agency.

Craig Robson, Director
Mr. Robson has over 30 years experience in, regulatory and compliance and risk management aspects of the publicly traded markets. Mr. Robson began his career as stockbroker. In 1980 he joined the British Columbia Securities Commission as a Senior Investigator. In 1987, Mr. Robson began consulting to companies in all stages of going public. Mr. Robson joined the brokerage firm of C.M. Oliver and was subsequently appointed as Sr. Vice- President of Compliance and Risk Management. Mr. Robson continues to act as a consultant and director or officer of companies in both the private and public sectors.
